Transmed S.p.A. informs that, with reference to the subletting of transportation capacity between shippers provided for in paragraph 4.1. sub a) of the Contrat de Transport and in order to minimize the impact on shippers of the technical capacity reductions planned for the month of September 2021 on the Transtunisian pipeline, immediately upstream of the Transmediterranean pipeline, Transmed will exceptionally allow its shippers a subletting of capacity limited to the maintenance days with capacity reduction, as communicated by Trans Tunisian Pipeline Company S.p.A.
